Privacy policy
Data controller
Rapio, an automation project based in Spain. Contact for any privacy matter: contacto@rapio.es. Full identifying details (legal name, tax ID and registered address) will be published in the legal notice once the activity is formally registered; until then, that email is the contact channel for data protection matters.
What data we process
If you use the contact form, we process your name, your email and the message you write. If you'd rather email us directly at contacto@rapio.es, we process your email and the content of that message, like any regular email conversation. In both cases, we only process what you voluntarily give us.
What we use it for
We use this data to reply to your enquiry or request and manage the business relationship you propose. If you accept cookies in the banner, we also use it — in aggregate, non-identifying form — to get usage statistics for the site. We don't use your data for any other purpose.
Legal basis
Whether you use the form or email us directly, we process your message under legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (art. 6.1.f GDPR): you contacted us and a reply is what you expect. Before sending the form we ask you to confirm you've read this policy. For Google Analytics the basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you give or refuse in the banner and can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees your data
To provide the service we rely on technology providers that process data on our behalf: web hosting, contact-form delivery, email, and — if you accept cookies — web analytics (Google Analytics). All of them act as data processors and don't use your data for any purpose of their own beyond providing us that service. One of these providers doesn't publicly detail where it processes or how long it retains contact-form submissions; if you'd rather avoid that, email us directly at contacto@rapio.es instead of using the form.
If your data leaves the European Union
Google (Analytics) is a US company and may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US adequacy framework. If you'd rather it didn't run, simply reject cookies in the banner. For our other providers, we apply the relevant contractual data-protection safeguards where processing may occur outside the EU; we don't claim an exclusive EU residency we can't guarantee.
How long we keep it
Messages that reach us through the form or by email, for as long as the conversation lasts and up to 2 years afterwards, in case you get back in touch. Google Analytics data, according to the retention configured in the tool itself (14 months by default). You can ask us to delete any message of yours sooner.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to contacto@rapio.es. If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Analytics and cookies
If you accept cookies in the banner, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they view, in aggregate. If you reject it or don't answer, Analytics never runs: no Google script is loaded. You can change your choice anytime with the «Cookie settings» button in the footer. Public Pipeline demo
The demo at rapio-demo-pipeline.vercel.app lets you enter example data to try Rapio Automation's contact validation and scoring feature. The details you enter (name, email, company and message) are processed automatically to generate the result shown on screen and to apply security and abuse-prevention measures, such as limiting how many submissions are accepted from the same origin in a short period; that score is indicative and generated without prior human review. We store the email, the IP address when available, and the date solely for that usage limit; we don't offer a guaranteed automatic deletion period or exclusive EU residency for these records. Trying the demo doesn't create a customer record or sign you up to any mailing list. Use your own email and example data: don't enter confidential information or other people's personal data. To ask about this processing or request deletion of your demo data, email contacto@rapio.es. The preview isn't evidence of real client results. Opening the booking link takes you to Calendly, subject to its own privacy notice; the data you entered in the demo isn't sent through that link.
