Automation AuditDiagnostic

Before automating anything, know what's actually costing you the most.

We map how your operation actually runs today — step by step, assuming nothing — and hand back which processes are manual, roughly how much time they cost, and what order it would make sense to automate them in. It's the honest step before building any automation: sometimes the result is "this gets solved by automating lead capture", sometimes "this is a custom process (BPA)", and sometimes simply "this isn't worth automating yet".

Where it makes sense

  • You know there's repeated manual work on the team, but nobody has ever measured it.
  • You're not sure whether you need lead automation, a custom internal process, or neither yet.
  • You want to prioritize what to automate first instead of guessing.

What's included

A map of the real process

How the work actually happens today, step by step, without assuming anything upfront.

Estimated hours and priority

Which manual tasks weigh the most and what order it would make sense to solve them in.

An honest recommendation, not a forced sale

If something isn't worth automating yet, we say so — the goal is to get it right, not to sell implementation regardless.

Questions about the Automation Audit

Is this already the implementation?

No. It's the upfront diagnostic. If the result points to Lead Capture & Follow-up Automation or Custom Process Automation, that implementation is quoted separately.

What if the result is that nothing needs automating?

We'll say so anyway. The point of the audit is for you to decide with data, not to always get the same recommendation.

How much time goes into repeated manual work today?

Request the audit and we'll tell you with data, not a guess.
