"Automation" describes what we know how to do, not something you buy as-is. If the process is capturing and replying to leads, it's Lead Capture & Follow-up Automation. If it's a specific internal process, it's Custom Process Automation. If you're not sure, start with the Automation Audit — it tells you, no strings attached.
